Fully Managed Postal Service We collect, repair, and return your device, insured and tracked — all-inclusive £19.99. Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service Available within range of our repair centres:

• £15 within 3 miles, increasing up to £20 depending on distance
• Postcode-dependent availability
• Includes full collection, professional repair, and return service

All service fees are transparent and separate from repair costs, with no hidden charges.
